Sometimes Zoom and other apps can take a few minutes to get rolling because of small internet or technical delays. Relax and allow a few minutes extra just in case. We can be flexible about the time. There will always be a link to the session in the confirmed calendar invitation which you can open.
Don’t worry if Zoom does not work on your device. We can use another app as arranged between us.
